After reading Chapter 5 of the textbook, think about the categories of information that can be collected within the healthcare industry, then design your database layout with a diagram, similar to the one in Exhibit 5.4, that provides the different categories of information and the decisions that information can affect. In addition to your diagram, write a 1-2 page paper that analyzes why your selected elements are important and what your decision-making process was in choosing and excluding specific elements.
