  • Overall “grade” (as in school = A,B,C,D,F) of how well the restaurant brand you selected is currently doing in establishing the cult emotion among customers.
  • Rationale for the grade you have given.
  • Recommendation for how the restaurant can strengthen the brand relevance (assuming you haven’t given a current grade of A+. J).

Think about this assignment in terms of your term project – i.e. dashboard dining.Remember that take-out/drive thru, (dashboard dining idea) is one tool in the brand’s strategic toolbox.
