The class that I am taking is the U.S constitution to 1877. There is a game for the class. It is sim constitution based to history that everyone has a character who has to participate in the convention. My character is William Samuel Johnson, a delegate from Connecticut. The paper I have to do is write about my view that the small states need one branch of congress to call their own and spell out the idea of a union “partly confederal and partly national”. in the view of William Sam Johnson.
