the paper should divide into three parts each part required at least 4 resources so 12 resources in total. The resources should be (government document, books essays, court cases, etc…) but they all have to be reliable sources
the three-part should be
1- history and background
2- modern day issues and events
3- future ( my proposal/ personal thoughts)
