I need assistance in strengthening my annotated outline (attached) in order to bring the issue of drug/substance abuse in the United States to show a clear social impact (instructor states current approach is too “scientific”). Looking for help with revision……….this is not a start from scratch, but do need help. I need the thesis to really pop, along with the wording within the evidence and conclusion. Help would be greatly appreciated.
