Binomial Probability distribution of commercial flights

Empirical Probability has been used to show that the probability of a flight on any commercial plane in the U.S. ended in a fatal accident is p=0.0000004. Next year, there will be approximately n=9,000,000 commercial flights in the United States.

1.) Construct a binomial probability distribution corresponding to 9,000,000 flights where x represents the number of fatal accidents that occur out of all the flights. Only
x = 0 to 10. Graph the distribution as a histogram and comment on the shape.
