Throughout this course, many opportunities are available to post an initial response to a Discussion topic as well as to respond to your classmates’ responses.
After you have completed the Reading, and without reviewing your classmates’ responses, post your initial response to the following Discussion. Please respond with a minimum of 400 words that answer the questions. Remember that the 400 words is the minimum requirement to earn an average grade. Be sure to add quality to this response by adding new ideas and using appropriate citation and reference.
After you have submitted your initial post, review some of your classmates’ posts and respond to at least two of your classmates. Refer to your Discussion Board rubric in Course Resources for specific grading explanation.

You are a head Case Manager at the Youth Treatment Center in a large city. Your agency is a member of larger consortiums that collaborate to offer services to clients of all member agencies. You were asked by your Director to create an evaluation plan that will assess the effectiveness of case management services delivered by the agency.
