Citizen is a way to bring up a current event happening in the world today- relate the book to some racial issue or injustice in the world today. Write about something happening in the world today, but also relate to the book. It has to be 5 pages and in MLA Format. It also has to have 3-5 sources at the end. Some examples the teacher gave was, how do people feel for being gay or sluttshamed. Anything that is happening in the world today.
