Culture of Creativity in Organizations Response

As an organizational leader in order to support a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization I would encourage team exercises and activities that will bring awareness to culture that will promote creativity and innovation. I will encourage employees on coming up with new creative ways of working. A transformational leadership creates a culture that allow for employees to freely discuss and try new things (Northouse, 2015). I would encourage employees to step outside of their comfort zone and try new things. The way to support a culture that is creative and innovation is to actively involve the group of employees and support them by giving them feedback on the job. Coaching is another way to transform a culture into becoming or expressing their creativity and innovation. Leading by example for leaders is also a good way to transform the organization. Sometimes leaders have to be the ones who have to start things. Leaders should support their employees with encouraging advice and stay in touch with in their daily activities or just being connected.
