Pick a behavior of your choice and briefly analyze it using any two (2) of the following personality theories discussed in lecture and/or the textbook: Biological, Psychodynamic, Trait, Humanistic, Behaviorist, and Social Cognitive.
Specifically, describe a common human behavior (e.g., procrastinating instead of studying, stressing over an upcoming job interview, going to the gym to workout, drinking alcohol or using drugs, etc.) and apply two different personality perspectives in an attempt to provide an explanation/analysis. Your task is to choose any two of these theories to briefly explain the samebehavior from those different vantage points. For instance, what would each theory say about the cause of this behavior? What would each theory add to the discussion that the other theories lack?
