Chapter nine(attached) is the diversity wheel. Often times when we are thinking about issues related to diversity, we automatically hone in on issues related to race and/or gender. But, there are a number of factors that make us different from each other. People challenge these barriers in a number of ways. Some people prefer to find ways to make everyone equal. Others like to find ways to celebrate such differences.
