This week, you will defend, or criticize, the strategies higher education leaders have historically used to fund current cost of higher education and the methods by which the costs of higher education are met (i.e., public appropriations, grants, student financing, and student personal funds). This is your mid-term paper and should be constructed as an argument research paper based on scholarly research that you will gather this week. Be sure to cite appropriate literature to support the assertions you make within.
