Identify common influences or predictors of adolescent drug and alcohol use indicated by the research presented in textbook and other resources. Use the internet to find at least one other academic resource on this topic. List and describe 2 family-related, 2 peer-related, and 2 individual characteristics/variables that have been shown to influence drug and alcohol use in adolescence. Based on this information, if you were asked to write a Student Assistance Program (for any age group you choose), what would the framework look like? How would you advocate for the support of the program from school officials, parents, the community, and other interested parties? How would you implement the program and evaluate its effectiveness?

McWhirter, Ellen Hawley McWhirter, and Robert J. McWhirter and we looked at chapters 8 and 10. Please make sure it is at least 300-350 words
