The 3rd section should begin with a literature review that is relevant in some way to group’s purpose, membership, dynamics, etc. You should cite 3 relevant peer reviewed sources at least one which must describe original research. Only one reference may come from the suggested readings. This should be followed by a detailed analysis of one session.Your analysis should refer to the sources as well as text material and should include, at minimum:
Who was present, including seating arrangements and arrows to indicate flow of communication
What was talked about
Role behaviors of members
Communication patterns among members
Norms that were operating in the sessions
Underlying themes that were apparent in session
What this session revealed about the groups stage of developement
Your personal reactions to the session
